There are some spaces left at the next event for expats on Tuesday the 22nd May in Nyon. This evening which is being organised by Nyon tourism, Migros école-club and Living in Nyon, is a chance for newly arrived (and not so new!) expats to meet and get together, to discover excursions that can be done on public transport , to learn how to use the Swiss transport system, all rounded off with a glass of wine at the end of the evening to mingle and chat. Garden Show
It's the big "Jardins en Fête", garden show in Coppet this weekend (11- 13 May) the seventh edition that will take place in the park and grounds of the Château de Coppet. This year the theme is the "Natural Garden".
There will be 130 exhibitors at this show, gardeners giving gardening advice, garden furniture, sculptures, gardens in competition and much more! See website for full details. Here's a video from last year's show. Let's hope the rain holds off!
