Montessori School amongst fields and forests - Free Shuttle bus to Nyon for children

Tucked away in the pretty village of La Rippe (approx 10 minutes from Nyon), the Deux Mille Feuilles Montessori school is a multilingual place of learning for children aged 3 - 12.

The Montessori method views the child as "one who is naturally eager for knowledge and capable of initiating learning in a supportive, thoughtfully prepared learning environment” . 

The children themselves are at the centre of the Deux Mille Feuilles school, lots of passion and energy is given to their development. "Help me do it by myself” is one of the core Montessori teaching principles and is practised throughout the school.

Daily walks in Nature 

The school itself is in a glorious setting, surrounded by trees for daily play and discovery. Children can take regular walks in the surrounding nature right from the doorstep of the school. During poor weather days, there is a separate indoor gym at the school dedicated solely for the children's use.

Classes

Transportation 

The school provides healthy freshly-prepared meals, full-day care for children and transportation (the bus drops children just outside Nyon post office). Before school care starts as early as 7:30 and after-school care until 18:00. During the after-school care, learning continues, children can explore STEM inspired themes including scientific experiments to understand the world around them.
