Born out of experience, founders Patricia Matiz (left) and Brigitte Mermoud (right) met while working in the work-life balance field and knew they wanted to build something that made a difference. Patricia, a working mum who knows the stress of waitlists and last-minute babysitter emergencies all too well launched FamilyPro in 2023. Brigitte, with her own vast experience supporting families, including her own. Together, they’ve created something both deeply practical and truly warm. They speak English, French, Arabic, and Italian, and their clients include both international and Swiss families across the region.
