What does effective leadership look like when uncertainty has become the norm?

AI is changing how decisions are made and how work gets done. Geopolitical tensions are affecting organisations far beyond national borders. Economic pressure continues, teams are being asked to adapt quickly, and leaders are expected to provide direction even when the path ahead isn't particularly clear. Leadership has always involved change. What feels different now is the speed, complexity and number of forces arriving at once.

That is the starting point for Living in Nyon’s second annual Leadership Panel, taking place on Wednesday 2 September 2026 at A.one Business Park in Rolle. Following a successful first edition, this year’s event brings together leaders from business, academia and humanitarian organisations for an evening of discussion, insight and networking.
