Jazz concert with The Fats Boys & Rhythm

A vibrant tribute to the genius of Fats Waller is set to get you swinging. As their name mischievously suggests, the ‘Fats Boys’ celebrate the legacy of the legendary New York pianist by performing his most iconic tunes, marked by humour and creative genius. For this event, the original trio has expanded into a full seven-piece ensemble. With the addition of an extra brass player and a reinforced rhythm section, the group unfolds a unique sonic richness, blending brilliant brass, swinging strings and traditional percussion, offering us a musical journey that will also explore the immortal standards of other jazz giants, such as Louis Armstrong and Jelly Roll Morton.
